a) Lead magnet / email signups
When you request a free resource, we collect:
- Name (if provided)
- Email address
- Marketing consent status (whether you opted in to receive further emails)
b) Booking a call (Calendly)
If you book a call via Calendly, we may collect:
- your name and email address
- scheduling details (e.g., selected time, timezone)
- any information you choose to include in the booking form
c) Website usage (Google Analytics)
We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use our website. This may collect technical and usage data such as:

5) Email marketing and unsubscribing
If you request a free resource, we will email it to you.

We manage email delivery and subscription preferences using GetResponse.
6) Who we share data with (processors)
We use trusted service providers (“processors”) to run parts of our business. These providers process personal data only on our instructions and are required to protect it.

- Lead magnet contacts who did not opt into marketing: up to 12 months, unless you request deletion sooner.
- Marketing subscribers: until you unsubscribe, after which we may retain a minimal suppression record to ensure we respect your opt-out.
- Bookings and related correspondence (e.g., Calendly): up to 24 months after the last interaction, unless we need to keep it longer for legal or accounting reasons.
